UK account support issue

I got John Lewis partnership credit card (NewDay Ltd) https://www.johnlewismoney.com/partnership-credit-card also virgin money credit card, both are not showing in supported bank list. I can see it supports virgin money bank but not the credit card https://uk.virginmoney.com/cards/. Also there are almost all NewDay Ltd cards in the list but not the John Lewis one.
